Just Sold and Closed this West Sacramento Short Sale!  Located at 405 Harriet Ln this condo was not an easy short sale.  We had financing issues, many of the residents were not making their monthly HOA payments, the HOA delinquency rate was higher than financing lenders wanted to see…  Additionally these condos are somewhat newer construction and the developer of the complex still owns several units that never sold at initial offering, yet another reason most lenders did not want to provide financing on anything in the complex.  These two issues made selling this West Sacramento Short Sale a very complicated and frustrating process.  We didn’t give up and after going through several buyers we finally found a buyer willing to wait and a lender willing to lend and took this one to the successful close of escrow!
